From April 22, in viale sabotino 22 in Milan, a new temple of contemporary art opened for visitors and collectors, Spazio 22. Created by Giampaolo Abbondio and Fred Luger.
They are both gallerists owners of the following spaces:. Galleria Pack in Foro Bonaparte e FL Gallery in Via Circo. Through their own identity, they present different projects and represent a meeting point for gallerists, collectors and passionate people.The new location, is a stone′s throw from porta romana, is very elegant, bright and cozy. 300 square meters, 60 square meters the caveau and ceilings which are about 4 meters.
From April 22, Galleria Pack it will be showed the works by Andrei Molodkin “Nothing but blood can stop capital” and Franklin Evans “Headandhandinhand” showed by FL Gallery. For the visitors in the courtyard of Spazio 22 there is a huge work by
Gilberti has been for me a beautiful surprise having bought some years ago some drawings he made . Molodkin′s work is the sculpture “Falling Capitalism”, made with steel cor-ten, having rusted letters and suspended and tense , broken by the energy of the impact, corroded to represent the gradual society′s decadence.
The other work by the artist is composed of twelve drawings made by pencil , realized with an obsessive mastery, that represent the title of his work “Nothing but blood can stop capitalism”.
