The atmosphere presents a New York style , due to the concept chosen by Riccardo Giraudi and Hubert & Poyet architecture studio, for this restaurant which is a real franchise. BeefBar exists in 8 cities and it’s going to open in other 4 . These restaurants are all different for what concerns their design but they have two main aspects in common : the meat′s quality and the interiors′ elegance. BeefBar Monaco is one of my favourite places. I′m always sure to spend a very beautiful evening and to have a very good dinner. Meats′s selection includes argentinian or american Black Angus, australian Wagyu , japanese Kobe , cooked in an excellent way : crispy outside and juicy inside with the choice of four different pureés . In particular don’t miss truffle pureé.
You can find in the menu different courses to share and to taste because of their small portions.
The wine list is excellent which includes some of the best cellars in the world but the strong suit is the soufflé which is the most delicious i′ve ever tastes. It is addictive.
